Trapped in a rat hole......

Hi World!!!!
Here I am to share another lesson LIFE taught me... This is abt choosing ur house. This post is going to give the precautions u got to take before u select a house to stay.. I dunno y, God has to teach me all the lessons through sufferings. Now here is what Im currently suffering with.... Im putting up in a rat hole, oops sorry....a 'house' in the ground floor. The problem is, my house does not have any free space around it.. The only means of ventilation for my whole house, r the two windows in the hall. Which has to keep the kitchen n two bedrooms ventilated (huh)... i knew this was a big problem the day I entered the house. But I had no other option coz my frienz had paid the advance already n the owner refused to return it. So, we always suffocate inside, we r always sweating. Initially I thought its the heat of the summer which was making us sweat. But only a few days back did I realise that the problem was with the house. Its like the weather now is too good.. It is drizzling for most of the day, n its so pleasantly cool outside. But inside the house I still sweat. Not only this, the house is not cycled with fresh air, the result... I feel sleepy n dull often.. Specially when u r in a room. Resulting in long nights.. I never feel fresh every morning.. I hav to drag myself out everyday.. The result is Im becoming a sloth. This is jus a part of my suffering. So, when u r going to choose a house for ur stay or when u r going to buy or construct ur dream house, please take care of the following:
1. Try to take up a flat anywhere but the ground floor (or) make sure that there is atleast 2 feet of free space around ur flat.
2. Make sure that there are windows in all the rooms which allows maximum sunlight n free air to flow in.
3. See to that the drainage of ur house is not directly connected to the street drainage.. Else u got to kill atleast one milliped each day in your bathroom + free drainage sent sprayed to ur bathroom.
4. Also, let no other flat drain be passing through ur bathroom drain pipes.
5. See to that you donot take up a semi appartment (i.e) a set of two to three floors each serving ad a individual house and the house owner stayin in the first floor. coz there will b no security or any forum where u can put ur complaints.. its jus the house owner's rule.
6. When u r going to rent a flat, take care that its not older than 5yrs...
7. See to that the house owner takes care of the broken latches, leaking pipes, dead tubes ++ coz he'll collect a good amount every month calling it maintenance charges whch is supposed to be used for all these.
8. If u r going to be a gang of girls putting up, make efforts to know who r ur neighbours.
9. Make sure that once u open ur house, it does not nakedly expose ur hall to the outside.

Hmmm... thats all for now... coz my brain is jammed... Its lunch time u c... he he.... bye till then... Take care dear World...

AcciDent &^@=$*--

Hi World!
A very serious issue now Dear World.... About India again... Now its my experience wit the Police Department of Tamil Nadu.... My cousin here, workin wit CTS as a software engineer, met with a bike accident last sunday. He was on a Pulsar, driving in a moderate speed of say 40 Kmph.. He was takin a free left from a internal sub route connecting to a main road. n there was a signal which was jus 25m from the free left.. The scene is like this, my cousin took the free left, a Yamaha RX100 was speedin up nearly at 100Kmph... and by devil's plan, both the bikes kissed. The RX100 kissed the Pulsar from the rear... then things were like a stunt movie... The RX100 flew nearly a 50 feet n then fell down... The pulsar flew side ways.. N the worst part is there was a traffic police there... so he immediately started filing a case. The guy on the RX100 screamed when he stood up... n he was rushed to hospital... My cousin on the pulsar escaped without injuries.. but the bike went to pieces... The case was filed against my cousin coz he was not injured n the other guy had his leg fractured. So we called our frienz n there was a "writer" whoz goin to file the case... he wrote wat had happened n took the bike n case to the station n wanted us to come there.. So we went n sat there simply for an hour or so just to hear "COME HERE TOMORO BY 10 IN THE MORNING". My cousin was there n he was told to bring a cup of tea (twice), then the newspaper.. then a lemon juice..The police was mockin at him "Engineer SIR dont u feel its hot outside??? Now go bring 2 bottles of soda" then a few xerox copies. Then there was a bigshot who did some accident... THE POLICE WAS BRIBED WITH 4k+ n the bigshot vanished with nothing to worry abt.. my poor cousin there sittin... it was 12:30 already when the inspector told "Go to the RTO for a bike status check.. the RTO will b open till 1, n b bac here by 2 coz I'll leave after that" Mean while after tellin all these, he asked him with which concern r u workin??? wen my cousin told CTS... the police said "oh, u mus b earning nearly 15K...then u can pay some 1500/- initialy n collected it as bribe.... At the RTO, he was told to stand in a ground under the hot sun for nearly an hour. Then a guy about 20, had come n asked for nearly 300 bucks.. When my cousin said... "Sir Im jus left withn 75, for my lunch".. then that guy said.. fine then u can wait... then my cousin collected all the coins n managed a 100 n gave it to that guy... n that guy asked "DO U THINK THE RTO IS SO CHEAP WHEN COMPARED TO THE POLICE"... finally somehow he managed to get to the statio by 2. the inspector was leaving... my cousin had begged him n finally he gave the documents afetr getting some 500 in extra... now he has to pay a fine of nearly 2K in the court for the accident.. NOW THE POINT IS... wat happened actually??? wat r the police doing???? y is that money speaks so many words than the truth???? when is this bribery going to die??????

!NDIA - mY GOD :-(

Hi World........

Im bac again! I think writing after a very long time has bcum my usual style.. So I need not apologise, I guess... Hmm... its another experience of mine... I had my passport expired by 4th April 2006... n I forgot abt it... only by mid May I knew that Im void my International ID proof!!!! Fine... I wanted to renew it... But there were not one but 3 major problems with my passport renewal ritual.. No:1 - it had expired long bac, so the process is like issuing a new passport. The usual police verification n stuff. No:2 - A letter in my name was changed (acidentally) in my 10th std marksheet... n that was followed throughout..till now I din mind abt the change coz I din know its consequences n my name sounded perfectly fine.. So the issue din bother anybody. N0:3 - Im livin in Chennai now whereas I was at Salem wen my initial passport was issued. The issue as per procedure has to be carried out this way... First I have to apply for a change(!) of name n publish it in a newspaper. Then I have to produce a valid proof about my Chennai residence. For the latter, I must either have a house agreement on my name (Impossible) or I should hold a bank account addressed to Chennai address. The bank here refused to issue an account.bcoz even the bank wanted a proof of my address... n Im havin a prepaid mobile... So I had it opened from Salem through a known friend of my Dad... Now I went to the passport office with the required documents... There the passport oficer told " Hey comeon,Y do u take such heavy works... jus get it renewed with all ur old credentials... whoz goin to check those... later u can change them if required!!!" Look at the attitude of our officers... where is it going to lead India???? Now I understand how r false n illegal passports are getting processed......Wat can b done regarding such issues????
