Trapped in a rat hole......

Hi World!!!!
Here I am to share another lesson LIFE taught me... This is abt choosing ur house. This post is going to give the precautions u got to take before u select a house to stay.. I dunno y, God has to teach me all the lessons through sufferings. Now here is what Im currently suffering with.... Im putting up in a rat hole, oops sorry....a 'house' in the ground floor. The problem is, my house does not have any free space around it.. The only means of ventilation for my whole house, r the two windows in the hall. Which has to keep the kitchen n two bedrooms ventilated (huh)... i knew this was a big problem the day I entered the house. But I had no other option coz my frienz had paid the advance already n the owner refused to return it. So, we always suffocate inside, we r always sweating. Initially I thought its the heat of the summer which was making us sweat. But only a few days back did I realise that the problem was with the house. Its like the weather now is too good.. It is drizzling for most of the day, n its so pleasantly cool outside. But inside the house I still sweat. Not only this, the house is not cycled with fresh air, the result... I feel sleepy n dull often.. Specially when u r in a room. Resulting in long nights.. I never feel fresh every morning.. I hav to drag myself out everyday.. The result is Im becoming a sloth. This is jus a part of my suffering. So, when u r going to choose a house for ur stay or when u r going to buy or construct ur dream house, please take care of the following:
1. Try to take up a flat anywhere but the ground floor (or) make sure that there is atleast 2 feet of free space around ur flat.
2. Make sure that there are windows in all the rooms which allows maximum sunlight n free air to flow in.
3. See to that the drainage of ur house is not directly connected to the street drainage.. Else u got to kill atleast one milliped each day in your bathroom + free drainage sent sprayed to ur bathroom.
4. Also, let no other flat drain be passing through ur bathroom drain pipes.
5. See to that you donot take up a semi appartment (i.e) a set of two to three floors each serving ad a individual house and the house owner stayin in the first floor. coz there will b no security or any forum where u can put ur complaints.. its jus the house owner's rule.
6. When u r going to rent a flat, take care that its not older than 5yrs...
7. See to that the house owner takes care of the broken latches, leaking pipes, dead tubes ++ coz he'll collect a good amount every month calling it maintenance charges whch is supposed to be used for all these.
8. If u r going to be a gang of girls putting up, make efforts to know who r ur neighbours.
9. Make sure that once u open ur house, it does not nakedly expose ur hall to the outside.

Hmmm... thats all for now... coz my brain is jammed... Its lunch time u c... he he.... bye till then... Take care dear World...
